Merchandising

If messy shelves, broken displays, and missing fact tags irk you, then be a part of the solution. Our Merchandising Technicians take care of displays and our clients' products through their entire life cycle. Various merchandising responsibilities include following complex instructions to assemble new displays, refreshing product placement, auditing for projects and pricing accuracy, troubleshooting displays and ensuring functionality, down stocking, updating demo software, disassembling displays, and more! Every day offers a variety of unique assignments and different challenges. Better yet, the assignments offer a bit of weekday flexibility to fit your schedule.         

Are you a mechanically-inclined individual that loves gadgetry and seeing hands-on projects through to a completed result?

Sales 

Have you ever bought something and it didn’t work out the way you were hoping, or you didn’t have all the right components? Yes, we hate that too. That’s why we solve that frustration and inconvenience for customers.

Our team of enthusiastic Sales Specialists engage customers through a consultative selling model that results in confident purchases and positive brand experiences. We have an array of programs representing a variety of the latest products hitting the market, such as home theater, small appliances, personal computers, and more! And don’t worry, we can train you on the product. 

Do you love interacting with people and want to share your expertise with others? 

Training

So, sometimes, customers don’t get the whole story.  We want them to get the whole story and the kitchen sink… well, maybe, and the 85” flat screen. That said, we hire trainers and brand ambassadors to travel to stores within an assigned territory helping our retail partners and their associates learn all about our client’s products, what they offer, and how to sell them with confidence.

We have a fantastic team of professionals working behind the scenes to support the entirety of our business operations, such as employee hiring, managing field representatives, maintaining client relationships, overseeing program success, enhancing our software and cybersecurity infrastructure, and analyzing results to consistently improve the customer experience. As we continue to grow, we will have opportunities in Field Leadership (District, Regional, & Program Management), Account Directing, Client Services, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Logistics, and more.
